This Privacy Policy explains how Swap Photo AI ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app.

Information We Process

• Photos you provide. When you use the face-swap feature, the photo you pick or capture is sent to our backend and, from there, to a third-party AI processing service to generate the swapped result. We do not permanently store your uploaded photos on our servers after processing completes.
• Generated results. The swapped image is returned to your device. Saving it to your photo gallery is optional and only happens if you tap "Save Image".
• Device/usage data. We may process basic non-identifying technical data (such as app version and device platform) to keep the service running and to improve it.

Third-Party Services

• AI face-swap processing (Replicate). Your uploaded photo and the chosen template photo are sent to Replicate (replicate.com) solely to perform the face-swap operation.
• Cloudflare R2. Template gallery photos are hosted on Cloudflare R2 storage.
• Google AdMob. The app shows banner and rewarded ads via Google AdMob, which may collect data (such as advertising identifiers) as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Where required (e.g. in the EEA/UK), we ask for your consent to personalized ads via a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before showing ads.

Permissions We Request

• Camera — only if you choose to take a new photo instead of picking one from your gallery.
• Photos/Media storage — to let you pick a photo to use, and to save a generated result if you choose to.

Data Retention

Uploaded face photos are used only to generate your requested result and are not kept afterward. Template gallery photos are not personal data about you.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You can manage your ad privacy choices at any time from the app's "About" screen. You can also uninstall the app at any time to stop all data processing described here.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
