This Privacy Policy explains how Fruit Pop Party ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app.

Information We Process

• Game progress. Your high score, coin balance, settings (such as the sound on/off choice) and other game progress are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload this data to our servers, and we do not require an account.
• No personal content. The App does not ask for your name, email address, photos, contacts, location or any other personal content.
• Device/usage data. Our advertising partner (see below) may process basic technical data, such as your device model, operating system version, IP address and advertising identifier, in order to serve and measure ads.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob. The App shows banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads via Google AdMob, which may collect and use data (such as advertising identifiers) as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization at any time in your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Permissions We Request

• Internet access — required to load and show ads.
• Network state — used by the ads SDK to check whether a connection is available.
• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement.
• Other technical permissions — added by the Google ads SDK for ad delivery and privacy-preserving ad measurement (for example wake lock and Android Ad Services access). They do not give the App access to your personal content.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location.

Data Retention

Game progress stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. We do not keep any copy of it.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You can limit ad personalization through your device's Google settings, and you can uninstall the app at any time to stop all data processing described here.
